Still not relief little also Mri showing Mildy bone displaced by 3mm near Tibia PCL attachment.i feel instability, swelling ankle,can't walk fast or run, Buckling fear while stairs up down and can't do more activities.i don't want to go for knee replacement coz am young male 29.
