Hello, My baby is 5months old and I am still breastfeeding. I have lot of joint pain from my pregnancy and delivery. I also want to loose weight. I want to know if Triphala guggul is safe while breastfeeding. If not which other herbal formulations can I take. Please advise.... Read More

I am 39years old, suffering from cervical spondylosis since last 5 years and osteo-arthritis(pain in knees) since last one year. Doctor has advised me some exercises and panchamrit loh guggul( 1 tablet twice a day), punarnavadi guggul(2tablets twice a day). This dose has reduced my pains a lot.
