Regarding Cerebral Ataxia

Patient age is 24 years. He had been diagnosed cerebral Ataxia 7 years back. I would like to know is there any treatment in Ayurveda. If yes where can I get such treatments. The patient can't walk or stand with his own. I have heard that Anulom-Vilom can cure any nerve disease. Is it true, can we try anulom-vilom to cure cerebral ataxia. Please guide us.
