Doctor's Ayurvedic Advice:-

Recurrence of throat cancer occurs due to the residual cancer cells after treatment or can occur as a new one. Chemotherapy is generally advised in the case of recurrence to control the symptoms. Please let me know all the investigations to guide you further.

The symptoms respond well to the chemotherapy and control the spread of cancerous cells. It is necessary to undergo chemotherapy and Ayurvedic medicines can be taken to support for a better recovery and to reduce the side-effects of the chemotherapy.

Ayurvedic medicines like Varunadi Kwath - 15ml with 60ml of warm water before food twice daily, Kanchanar Guggulu - 2tablets twice daily before food and Aswagandha lehyam - 1tsp after food twice daily can be taken for a month and then reviewed.

Include berrries, horsegram, pepper, cinnamon, turmeric, bottle gourd, bittergourd and soups. Reduce excess canned foods, oil, refined flour, sweet and salt. Please follow the advise of your treating physician who will be able to guide you better.
