Hi sir, I want to reduce my belly fat. My weight is 56.5 n height is 5.1. After having baby i maintain my weight but my stomach is same as it was earlier, bElly fat not reduced. Help me to get rid from belly fat problem

Belly fat can be reduced by practicing pranayama daily for 45 - 60 minutes in the morning. Do kapalbhati pranayams which is very effective in reducing belly fat. If you can do running / jogging or fast walk that will be also beneficial.
