Doctor's Ayurvedic Advice:-

Hello,

As you are suffering from stricture urethra and ureters, there are certain ayurvedic medicines to treat the root cause and indirectly that irregular condition will be corrected. So, probably if you are suffering from urinary infections, or urinary calculi, there may be chances of getting urinary strictures. So, basically you need natural diuretics as your frequency of urination has also come down. You can consume barley water which is also helpful. Due to strictures there may be chances of urinary tract infections also. So, following medicines are helpful such as Divya Ashmarihar Kwath which acts as diuretic and Bangshil which is also good remedy for the same.

Do not consume spicy foods, excess oily foods, and the foods which may aggravate the heat in the body.

With regards, Dr.Vijay.
