Doctor's Ayurvedic Advice:-
Hello,
Gout is a condition which is seen with associated elevated levels of uric acids in blood and with multiple minor join pains due to collection of the same excess uric acids and when the levels are fluctuated, there may be inflammation of the joints and also called as gouty arthritis. In ayurveda, it is called as Vata Raktha that is the disease of Vata which is accumulated with vitiated blood. The symptoms are associated with pain in minor joints with pulling type or burning sensation, and all inflammatory symptoms with or without fever.
Here, it is better to follow proper diet which does not increase uric acids which is very important. Avoid consuming red meat or excessive non-vegetarian foods which is very important.
Avoid smoking or alcohol if present.
Following medicines are helpful such as Package Medicine that contain multiple medicines which are particularly beneficial for gout disorders.
With regards,
Dr. Vijay.
