Doctor's Ayurvedic Advice:-

Divya Mukta Vati, Divya Sarivadi Vati and Divya Hridyamrit Vati can be taken together. Please review after a month to adjust the dosage of the medicine after checking.

Healthy lifestyle changes with proper diet and exercise will help to manage the symptoms in a better way. Reducing stress will be beneficial to improve the overall well-being.

Include berries, broccoli, olive oil, avocados, green tea, whole grains, garlic, pomegranate, cinnamon, coriander, turmeric and ghee. Reduce excess fried food, cold refrigerated foods, caffeine, spicy foods, canned foods, sweets and salt. Regular exercise, yogasanas, pranayamam and avoiding loud noises will be beneficial for the ears.
