Doctor's Ayurvedic Advice:-

Rheumatoid arthritis is an autoimmune condition which will affect the synovial membrane of the joints. It results in inflammation and swelling with remissions. The normal range of RA factor is below 15IU/mL.

As it is an autoimmune condition, there will be flareups and increase in the range. It is treated mainly based on the symptoms. As the symptoms reduce the value will also reduce.

Ayurvedic medicine like are Cheriya Rasnadi kvath - 15ml with 60ml of warm water before food twice daily can be taken along with Mahayograj guggulu. Divya Pidantak Tailam can be used to massage the joints.

Pancha karma treatments like oil massage, leaf poultice, streaming oil and vasti will be effective.

Include warm digestable warm cooked food. Reduce excess carbonated beverages, heavy, cold and oily foods. Gentle exercises will be beneficial to strengthen the joints.
