Doctor's Ayurvedic Advice:-

It is common to get piles and fissures after delivery due to the pressure in the veins. This makes the veins to swell and continous pressure, constipation or soft stools may cause a tear which will increase the pain. As you are breast feeding, try to make some life style changes with diet and exercise, in which it helps to reduce the pain.

You can take Agastya Rasayanam + Mahatiktaka ghtrtam - 1ts twice daily before food for two weeks. It will help to reduce the pain.

Eat healthy food with more vegetables and fruits. Avoid fried fatty foods. Include buttermilk, fiber, yam, prunes, figs, raisins, small onions. Drink enough water. Avoid constipation, straining or sitting for long time and suppressing urges. Reduce caffeine. Control your weight. You can apply Mahatiktaka ghrtam. Try to sit in a bath tub with warm water for 20min which will help to reduce the pain, improve the circulation and quickens healing. Yogasanas like Vajrasana, Pavanamuktasana, Paschimottasana, Padahastasana and Dhanurasana will help to improve the peristaltic movements.
