Doctor's Ayurvedic Advice:-

Please let me know the diagnosis of your heart problem and your blood pressure reading. It is necessary to continue with the allopathy medicines you have been advised. I shall suggest you with the basic medicines for the cyst. Please do have regular checkups.

Ayurvedic medicines like Saptasara Kvath - 15ml with 60ml of warm water before food twice daily, Asoka aristam, Divya Kanchanara guggulu and Pushyanuga churnam can be taken to reduce the cyst and regularize the periods.

Include horse gram, sesame seeds, garlic, pepper, pine apple, papaya, bottle gourd and black gram. Reduce excess caffeine, fried foods, canned foods, sweet, salt, and refined flour.
