It is important to know your age, whether you are having any associated illness, whether you are having the hearing problem since birth or whether it developed after some years. The exact cause of it has to be known for guiding you properly. There can be problems with sound conduction leading to impaired hearing or some sensory neural problem or combined problems. Conductive deafness has a better prognosis than sensory neural type. You will have to consult an Ayurveda ENT specialist for proper evaluation and to know the prognosis. There are medicines and Panchakarma therapies specific for Hearing impairment. So do consult the specialist at the earliest. As a general measure you can start having Divya Sarivadi Vati 2-0-2 after food.
