I am not interested in allopathy, because taking 10 to 13 tablets per day leading to vomitings, and damage of kidney ..if there is no option for me except allopathy..then i can go for allopathy..please suggest me..

Doctor's Ayurvedic Advice:-

I understand that you have to think about the safety, efficacy, side effects and cost effective treatments in managing chronic condition that requires a lifetime treatment. It is the duty of a doctor for the well being of the patient irrespective of the system of medicine. You can give your mother the Ayurvedic medicines and please let me know after a month. Meanwhile when the pain is unbearable, allopathy medicines can be taken. Regular checkups must be done with blood tests like kidney function tests. I have practically seen many cases that repsond to Ayurvedic medicines thus lowering the high ESR.

Medicines like Amrthothara Kasayam - 15ml with 60ml of warm water before food twice daily, MahaYograj guggulu, Mahasudarshan tablet can be taken. Warm Kottanchukkadi thailam can be applied externally to the painful joints. PanchaKarma Ayurvedic treatments like Oil massage, Elai Kizhi, Pizhichal, Navara Kizhi helps to reduce the pain.

Eat healthy fresh cooked foods. Try to include cinnamon, ginger, garlic, turmeric, tulasi, pepper and coriander. Reduce fried foods, cold refrigerated foods, salt, carbonated beverages and sugar. Regular gentle exercises are very important as they improve the flow of synovial fluid and nourish the joints including the synovial membrane. Try to exercise all the joints including the finger joints by flexing and extending them. Yogasanas like Padahastasana, Dhanurasana, Pavanamuktasana, Trikonasana, Matsyasana, Vajrasana, Paschimottasana can be practised. Take complete rest when there is more pain. Meditation and Pranayamam also helps to reduce the stress and improve the pain threshold which helps to manage the pain in a better way.

Being a c/c diabetic ,she is having a hypoimmune state. That is why the condition doesn't improve with both the we have to address that condition first.I think immunity boosters will be a good choice.Indukantha kashayam 15 ml with 60 ml luke warm water twice daily (6 am and 6 pm)with 1 chandraprabha gulika mixed in it.It will correct urinary problems.Ellumnisadi choorna can be used for external application with luke warm milk twice daily at the painful areas.Wipe out after 30 minutes. It will improve the pain.Mild sudation therapies can be done, since severe sudation is contraindicarted in diabetic patients.Ela kizhi can be done using Balaguloochyadi taila.Shaddharana choorna should be taken at bed time in warm water.Allopathic doctors use immunosupressants like methotrexate for the treatment of RA.they suppress the immune system and thus arrest the disease activity. That's why when the drugs are stopped the disease reccurs. But our principle is different. We improves your immunity and thus prevents the reccurence.

Add Thulasi,Garlic.turmeric and pepper in food.they directly stimulate immune system.Avoid food kept in fridge and cold freshly cooked food only.Wish you a speedy recovery.
