Doctor's Ayurvedic Advice:-

Tuberous sclerosis is the occurrence of benign tumours in the brain or any other organs also. As the tumour grows, it affects the function of the organs. It is a genetic disorder that affects many systems. I shall suggest you the basic medicines that will help to reduce the tumours and will control the growth of the tumours.

Ayurvedic medicines like Varunadi Kwath - 15ml with 60ml of warm water before food twice daily and Kanchanar Guggulu - 2tablets twice daily before food twice daily can be taken for a month and then reviewed.

Pranayamam and meditation will be beneficial to reduce stress and will improve the oxygenation to the tissues. Healthy lifestyle with proper diet, exercise, good sleep and rest will be beneficial.

Include plantain stem, horse gram, coriander, ginger, pepper and garlic. Reduce excess canned foods, meat, cold refrigerated foods, salt, sugar and dairy products. Please take the regular medicines and do have regular checkups to control the blood pressure. Please consult your nearest doctor if you experience any symptoms.
