Doctor's Ayurvedic Advice:-

Sensori-neural hearing loss is caused due to the degeneration of the nerves. It happens in most of them due to a genetic link or in others due to excessive exposure to loud noise or due to frequent ear infections. Karnapuranam is filling the ears with medicated oil like Ksheera bala thailam.

Medicines like Punarnavadi kwath - 15ml with 60ml of warm water before food twice daily, Aswagandha lehyam - 1tsp before food twice daily and Divya Sarivadi Vati - one tablet after food twice daily can be taken for a month and then reviewed.

Try to avoid speaking in the mobile for longer duration and using speakers while talking will beneficial for the ears. Try to use ear plugs when there is loud noise in the nearest surrounding.

Include coriander, figs, cumin, dal, broccoli, olive oil, peanuts and flax seeds. Reduce excess caffeine, canned foods, salt, sugar and oil. Pranayamam and meditation will be beneficial to improve the function of hearing cells. Please do have regular checkups as advised by your physician.
