Dear Sir,

My wife is recently found to be a hepatitis B patient through her blood report says HBSAG +. she is in her very initial stage as per the doctor. She had her other tests for Kidney & Gal bladder, everything is in normal condition. Do you recommend your above medicine Nirocil as the best chance to have it negative ASAP & does it has any side effect. Awaiting your kind revert at your earliest. Thanking you.

With Best Regards, Naveen Tiwari

Doctor's Ayurvedic Advice:-

Hepatitis B is due to the infection with hepatitis B virus. As it is contagious, it is necessary to maintain proper hygienic measures to prevent it from spreading. It usually spreads through the blood. As it is identified in the initial stage, proper diet, medicines and lifestyle changes will help for a better recovery. It is treated based on the viral load, liver function test and the symptoms.

Ayurvedic medicines like Patola Katurohinyadi kvath - 15ml with 60ml of warm water before food twice daily and Nirocil tablets can be taken for a month and then reviewed. Nirocil contains the herb Bhumyamalaki known as Phyllanthus niruri and hence it has no side effect but will also improve the function of the liver.

Eat freshly cooked warm foods. Include bottle gourd, cucumber, radish leaves, tomato juice, buttermilk, pepper, coriander and turmeric. Reduce excess canned foods, cold foods, spicy foods, oil, sweet and salt. Please try to do regular checkups as advised.

Hello,

Hepatitis B is a viral infection affecting the liver caused by Hepatitis B virus and is usually transmitted through infected body fluids, blood, needles etc. It is transmitted from mother to baby and so for your wife prompt treatment is needed so that the infection does not remain a chronic one. You can also take the test as there is a chance for you to be infected as well.

Since she is in the initial stage she can take the following medicines.

1)Padolady Kwadha : 20 ml + 40 ml luke warm water thrice daily before food.

2)Tab.Nirocil 2-2-2 after food

3)Buy Drakshadi Kwadha Churna and use it for boiling water that you use for drinking.

4)Drakshadi Lehya : 1 tsp twice daily

These medicines have no side effects as they are purely herbal.
