Doctor's Ayurvedic Advice:-

Diabetes mellitus is a concern in frequent urination. As you have checked it the other possibilities include diabetes insipidus, urinary infections, weak bladder muscles, mild enlargement of the prostate or hyperthyroidism. So please consult your nearest doctor for the investigations to find out the cause. Please let me know to guide you further.

Ayurvedic medicines like Nisamalaki churnam - one tsp with warm water before food twice daily and Divya Chandraprabha Vati can be taken for a month and then reviewed.

Include goose berry, turmeric, cumin and ginger. Reduce excess caffeine, pungent foods, salt, sweet, oil and canned foods. Kegel's exercise helps to strengthen the perineal muscles which will help to prevent excess urination. Try to urinate at regular intervals and void it completely which will improve the brain signals. It is also necessary to drink enough water to keep you hydrated.

You said you had done your blood sugar test, Which is normal. So there my be chances of prostate enlargement. So I ll suggest you to go for USG investigation. Till that you can take following medicines. 1. Divya vrukkadoshahar vati- two tablespoon three times a day with warm Waterford food. 2.
