Dear Sir,

My sister-in-law (unmarried) who is 45 yrs old,Height-5 feet, weight 50 KG have two fabrioids in utreus very small in size shown in ultra sound, the doctors suggest that there in no need for operate it as size is very small. Thyorid ie. TSH - 6.1, having stomach pain almost daily in the morning. She is suffering from heavy periods for 7-8 days every after 20 days cycle. She takes alopathy medicines and homopathy medicines for 3-4 yrs but there is no improvement in any case i.e. heavy pain in stomach and heavy bleedings for 7-8 days in these days is is on totally bed rest.

She is now last week start kapalbhati and lome vilom for doing these pranayam she is again having heavy pain in lowe abdomen. You also suggest that she is doing these exercises daily or not for fobroids. Sir, please answer my question and suggest some some medicines for her. If I want to contact you personally for her then where is your clinic or some patanjali chikitsalya or some vaid ji who should examine her and suggests some medicines. As my residence in

east Delhi.

Hello,

As your sister-in-law is suffering from fibroid uterus, and having other complaints such as menorrhagia or heavy periods, and cramps which are related to menstruation. Since she is diagnosed for small fibroids, and as per doctor’s suggestion, there is no need get it operated. However, with the help of Indian medicines such as ayurveda, siddha, homeopathy, unani and other system of medicines along with yoga and pranayama, we can prevent the disease condtion and we can stop fibroid growth further and to reduce it.

As she is having heavy periods associated with cramps daily, she need symptomatic support which can be done with ayurvedic medicines and yoga and pranayama.

She can continue doing yoga and pranayama regularly where she can get proper results.

She need to follow strict diet and try to be in vegetarian diet and avoid spicy, sour, and oily foods in excess and avoid junk foods.

To prevent the heavy bleeding and to maintain healthy uterine function she can consume the following medicines which are very helpful.

Package Medicine For Fibroids and Package medicine for Menorrhagia are useful.

Yoga poses like Bharadvajasana, Salamba Sethu Bandha, Sarvangasana, Supta Virasana, Supta Baddha Konasana are useful along with Kapalabhatti (mild), Ujjayini Pranayama, Anuloma-Viloma are useful.
