My father age is 37years.My father was suffering from much fat in his stomach,from 5 years.He has a disease name "blood pressure".He was taking medicine.

Abdominal obesity and hypertension increases the risk of other health complications. So it is necessary to make healthy lifestyle changes to control the blood pressure and weight. Ayurvedic medicines can be taken to improve the metabolism and therefore will be beneficial.

Medicines like Varunadi Kwath - 15ml with 60ml of boiled and warm water before food twice daily and Divya Medohar Vati can be taken to reduce the cholesterol. Please let me know the lipid profile to guide you further. Cardimap can be taken to control the blood pressure.

Include garlic, ginger, turmeric, flax seeds, drumstick, horsegram, cabbage, cinnamon, bitter gourd, plantain stem, honey and jujube fruit. Reduce excess fried foods, sugar, salt, caffeine, canned foods and refined flour. Practice Yogasanas like Baddha konasana, Navasana, Marjaraysana, Trikonasana, Matsyasana, Dhanurasana, Utkadasna, Paschimottasana, Halasana, Padahastasana and Uthithapadasana will be beneficial.
