Doctor's Ayurvedic Advice:-

Glaucoma is the increased pressure in the eyes. It gradually increases and affects the optic nerve and it then will affect vision.

Ayurvedic medicines like Punarnavadi kwath - 15ml with 60ml of warm water before food twice daily, Divya Amla churna and Divya MahaTriphala Ghrit can be taken for 3months and then reviewed. Itone eyedrops for Eye disorders can be used as eye drops.

Include carrots, sweet potatoes, bell peppers, brussel sprouts, broccoli, gooseberry and spinach. Reduce excess canned foods, salt, sugar and oil. Take care when changing positions or movements and when getting up from bed to avoid the strain. Please do have regular checkups to avoid complications.
