Doctor's Ayurvedic Advice:-

Some of them get seizures during the teen age without any reason. Please let me know the investigation reports to guide you further. The main goal in the management will be to control the seizure with medication. Please continue with the advised Allopathy medicine. It is seen due to a defect in the electrical conductivity of the brain.

Package of Ayurvedic medicine for Epilepsy can be taken for 3months and then review. Pancha Karma treatments shirodhara, oil massage, shiro vasti and nasyam will be beneficial.

Include red pepper, olive oil, carrots, parsley, ginger and avocados. Reduce excess refined flour, sugar, salt and deep fried oily foods. Try to include healthy fat, adequate protein and less carbohydrates in the diet. It would be beneficial to have medicated ghee like mahakalyanaka ghrit - 1tsp before food twice daily in empty stomach. Do not skip meals for extremely longer intervals. Yogasanas like shavasana, supported sarvangasana, trikonasana and balasana will be beneficial.
