Firstly the stage of bone cancer must be known. If initial stage , then definitely ayurveda can play a major role. I want you to consult your nearest ayurvedic physician with all necessary medical reports as to opt out for the best treatment available.

Here i shall suggest you certain medicines which can be seen as an initial line of treatment

  1. Kanchanara guggulu - This is one of those ayurvedic medicines which is seen acting well on cancer cells. It shall be taken at a dosage of 2 tab three times a day. It shall be taken after food with warm water or below said decoction.

  2. Gugguluthikthakam kashayam - This decoction shall be taken at a dosage of 30 ml with equal quantity of water and shall be taken three times a day an hour before food.

  3. External therapies such as local Seka with chandanadi thaila are found helpful as well.

There is possibility of your mother has bone cancer and by now it might be spreaded or having secondary metastases. Primary bone cancer originates in the bone and adjoining tissues. Secondary bone cancer occurs due to the origin of cancer somewhere else and has spread to the bone now.

Secondary bone cancer can occur due to breast cancer, prostate, lung and kidney cancer.

Some bone metastases becomes painful as the tumor may eats away the bony tissue creating porus in the bone tissue, making it thin and weak . Due to this there is a chance of fractures. As the bones are replaced with tumor there will be pain in the bones. If left untreated then it cause fracture and causes further discomfort to the patient.

Ayurveda treatment includes reduction in the pain. We can give ayurveda medicines in addition to radiotherapy or chemotherapy. This can also be given in post surgical cases. Ayurveda medicines also reduces side effects of radiotherapy and chemotherapy.

Cows urine is a very good treatment for many of the diseases in ayurveda. In cancer, medicines prepared from cow’s urine works the best.

You may consider giving her the following medicines such as Package Medicine for Cancer that contains multiple medicines and you may consult ayurvedic doctor nearby as her age is 65 years.
