Doctor's Ayurvedic Advice:-

Hepatitis B is caused by the infection of hepatitis B virus. Please let me know your blood tests to guide further. It is treated based on the symptoms and in acute stages of hepatitis without major symptoms, it becomes better without any medicines. The medicines will also be decided by the blood tests. If Hepatitis B viral load is of negligible levels with hepatitisBeAntigen as negative, it indicates that the infection is mild and in an noninfective stage. It is necessary to do regular checkups. Personal hygiene is recommended to prevent spreading the virus generally as there are different strains of the virus.

It is considered as vitiated pitta problem. You can take Package for Hepatatitis for a month and then review.

Try to eat cooked foods. Include bottle gourd, rice, cucumber, radish leaves, tomato juice, buttermilk, pepper, coriander, turmeric and asafoetida. Reduce excess raw foods, oil, sweet and salt. Taking good rest will help to have a good energy levels. It is not possible to change to negative, but you can make healthy life style changes to improve the function of the liver which will help to avoid further liver problems.
