Doctor's Ayurvedic Advice:-

Gastritis is due to the increased acid secretion in the stomach. When it is more, it weakens the lower eosophageal sphincter and causes the reflux. This causes a bad taste, smell in the mouth. Neck pain and perimenopause period could also be a trigger of migraine. Ayurvedic medicines can be taken to reduce the acidity and the other symptoms.

Ayurvedic medicines like Indukantha kvath - 15ml with 60ml of warm water before food twice daily and Divya Amlapittantak tablet for acidity can be taken for a month and then reviewed. You can do nasya with Cephagraine nasal drops and can apply Divya Pidantak Tailam for the neck pain.

Eat healthy easily digestable warm food. Include cumin, coriander, turmeric and ginger. Reduce excess oil, sugar and salt. Yogasanas like Trikonasana, Vajrasana, Padmasana, Pavanamuktasana, Siddhasana and Bhujangasana are beneficial.

Hello Madam,

Due to hormonal changes there could be transitional phases which may occur particularly in menstruating women when they reach to certain ages. In your case, though you were having history of apparent hyperacidity along with nausea and bouts of headache along with acidity, these symptoms are increasing due to sensitivity. This can be considered as chronic condition and slowly you are getting headaches which are connected with musculoskeletal origin too, that is due to mild to moderate cervical spondylitis. By considering all these factors, you may need to get yourself rejuvenated which his mandatory I feel.

The line of treatment would be to treat root cause including hyperacidity and to reduce or balance your excess pittam. So, you may need to start with the following medications that helps to bring your health issues into stability. You can Avipattikar Tablet two tablets at bed time with warm water.

You can consume Amlapittantak Tablet two times after food with warm water and dosage is one tablet.

For your headache, you can consume Cephagraine Tablet to be consumed after food during bouts of headache.

You can practice regular Suryanamaskara, Sarvangasana, Vinyasa yoga, Paschimottasana and Hastapadasana which are helpful along with pranayama.

You can avoid food items which are spicy and oily and try to take food in time and try to maintain heavy breakfast in morning time and not to skip your breakfast.
