Doctor's Ayurvedic Advice:-

Zanduzyme is commonly used for gastrointestinal disturbance. It relieves the symptoms like acidity, indigestion, dyspepsia and flatulence. It acts as digestive stimulant in those who have a sluggish digestion. It can be taken at the time of festivals or when a heavy meal has been taken. It will improve the metabolism and will ease the digestion by which it will make you to feel lighter.

It contains trikatu, papaya, shanka bhasmam, chitraka, pipali moola, danti moola, ajwain, vacha, chincha bhasmam, hingu, guduchi, visa tinduka, kajjali, yava kshara and surya kshara. It can be taken as 2tablets twice daily for two weeks. The dosage can be continued based on the symptoms and then review.

Regular exercise will be beneficial which will help to boost the metabolism ensuring a healthy digestion. Drinking warm water and taking small frequent meals will be beneficial. Try to eat fresh cooked warm food and reduce cold refrigerated food or drinks, fried foods, meat, salt and carbonated beverages.
