Dear, ayurvedic medicines are natural and good for health, could I request some information on confido is taken with water or milk, I would be very grateful to you.

Doctor's Ayurvedic Advice:-

Confido is an Himalayan product with ingredients like Gokshuram and Kapikacchu which strengthens the male reproductive organs and also will improve the function. Milk is a vehicle that will improve the qualities of the medicines with its nourishing property. If it is not possible, you can take it with warm water. Include yoghurt, pomegranate, red wine, nut meg, ginger, asparagus, coriander, ghee, dark chocolate, basil, cinnamon, nuts, garlic, capsicum, carrot, avocados, almonds and celery. Reduce excess caffeine, canned foods, oil, salt, sugar, smoking and alcohol. Yogasanas like Marjaryasana, Sethu bandasana, Dhanurasana, Padmasana, Vajrasana, Sukhasana, Bhujangasana will be beneficial. Pranayamam, meditation and good sleep will help to have improved energy levels. Healthy lifestyle changes with proper diet and exercise will help to improve the overall health. There are also other Ayurvedic medicines like Narasimha Rasayanam - 1tsp before food twice daily which can be taken along with Confido.

Expert's Advice (Dr.Ramani):- Septilin contains Guduchi, Guggulu, Licorice, Maharasnadi extract, amalaki, manjista, pushkara and trikatu while Extraimmune tablet contains haldi, guduchi, tulsi, yastimadu, tripahal guggulu, chitraka annd manjista.
